The Toronto International Film Festival may be focused on the films being premiered, but the red carpet scene is the real talk of the city. Seeing as how the weather is in between seasonal change, celebrities have a lot more to work with as they pick their dazzling outfits for the events. While pastels and nudes were the top picks this year, many played around with prints and bold colours like emerald green and red. Here are some of the best dressed celebrities, in my opinion, at TIFF 2012.
Meet the stylish couple at this year’s event: Diane Kruger in a gorgeous Valentino dress and Joshua Jackson in a dashing Louis Vuitton suit at the Inescapable premier.
French actress Audrey Tautou kept it simple in a little black dress. Tres chic!
The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence had a few misses this year, but really kicked it up a notch at the Silver Linings Playbook press conference. Simplicity always works for her!
Does Keira Knightley every not look good on the red carpet? This british beauty donned an Elie Saab gown at the premier of her film Anna Karenina. I am obsessed with the lace detailing and embroidery. And that neck line? Hot!
Canadian designer Erdem Moralioglu created the masterpiece that Emma Watson wore at the Perks of Being a Wallflower premier. It’s daring but very age appropriate.
Nina Dobrev looked absolutely stunning in this Monique Lhuillier evening gown. I love the floral detailing.

I went to TIFF also, but I blogged about my own outfit. Really, it was about what non-celebrities could wear if they wanted to just go . . . . http://amatterofinstinct.wordpress.com/2012/09/11/how-to-dress-for-a-world-premiere/
I like your post, though! These really are some of the best celebrity looks.
